PUHHHHHHH! This year’s Lask Linz photo day wasn’t fun at all. I shot the teamphoto, headshots and action portraits within 5 hours on three different locations.

To top it all the photo session was followed by a practice match in the evening. Lask Linz v Sparta Prag ended 0:1!

Lask Training
Sascha Pichler, Klaus Salmutter and Juergen Panis on duty!

“Did you see their new training outfit,…” was call #1, “Do you have some stuff with their new training outfit,…” was call #2. So I decided to attend a Lask Linz pre-season training to have a look at their new outfit.

The caller was right! The training outfit got a heavy redesign and is yellow-black now - Mini Dortmund Style!

Nuss-Schnaps Day 1

Here’s the first image of my current cooking project. I got some green nuts from my parents and decided to produce my own nut liquor. The maturing time should be something between 8 and 10 weeks. Check back for updates!

Main Square Linz

I did my best to get some rain features today. Due to heavy rainfalls during the last 48 hours high-water is predicted for Thursday here in Linz. Weathermen say more of the heavy rains will sweep over Austria tomorrow!

So I spent my Sunday surrounded by 700 women - AND I GOT PAID FOR THIS!!!

I spent my afternoon waiting for better weather to get some images for a story on summer sports. Unfortunately the Austrian weather is quite bad these days. Hope for a sunny Sunday!

Jörg Jaksche

I attended a panel discussion on doping with the former German road bicycle racer Joerg Jaksche today. He is well known since the Spanish doping case against doctor Eufemiano Fuentes.

Jaksche discussed doping prevention measures with a local group of athletes and experts. The event was part of a youth education programme. Well done Mr. Jaksche!
