The Black Wings Linz won game #5 against Villach 7:2 on home ice! The quarter final best of seven series ends 4:1 for the Wings! Congrats!!!

It was the third game against Villach during the quarter final series in Linz. To give some variety to my work I decided to shoot the whole game slowshutter-style @ 1/15 of a second. Seems I need to work on that a little for the semi-finals!

Ouch! Lask Linz lost against Sturm Graz 1:2 on home turf yesterday evening. A really bad game. I didn’t get a single action shot to be satisfied with. It’s a hard job these days, hope things get better soon!

Brad Purdie celebrates a goal

The Black Wings Linz won Game #3 during the EBEL Playoff Quarter Finals 5:2 against Villach! As usual during playoffs I used a netcam for a unique view of the action near the net. Six goals out of the seven scored this evening hit my net. Maybe I should play lottery today!

The Black Wings Linz face Villach during the EBEL Playoff Quarter Finals 2010. Linz won Game #1 3:2 on home ice Sunday evening. Tonight Linz lost Game #2 3:4 in the overtime. Game #3 will take place Thursday night in Linz!

Once again I decided to shoot overhead and I used a netcam to get some different stuff from as many angles as possible!

The Black Wings looking forward to the playoffs,…

The Black Wings Linz won the last regular season home game against Zagreb 3:1 tonight. Everybody is now looking forward to the playoff quarter finals starting this Sunday. Friday night we’ll know the opponent. See you at the rink!

Lask Fans protest against President P.M. Reichel

Lask Linz won 4:2 against leader Rapid Wien yesterday evening. It was much too cold for football. Snowfalls made it hard to work. I hate cold weather!

The game wasn’t a blast at all. Due to fan protests against Lask president P.M. Reichel parts of the stadium remained empty during the first half.

LASK Linz sponsor AVE and Rene Aufhauser signed a sponsorship for elephant Mary from Zoo Walding yesterday. We had lots of fun during the press conference with tomcat Don Camillo!

Things are frantic before the start of the football season here in Linz. LASK Linz signed a new coach and fired the old one including the assistants and the team manager. So, a lot of work to do to get new portraits and action shots for player cards and posters.

Friday night LASK plays Rapid Vienna at home. A race against time. Hope everything goes well!
